Launch Referral Challenge

1. Sponsor and entry period
The PolyVerse Market Launch Referral Challenge (the “Challenge”) is sponsored by Polyversemarket (“Sponsor”), Riverpark Tower, 333 W San Carlos St, San Jose, CA 95110. The Challenge begins September 21, 2026 at 2:00:00 p.m. Pacific Time and ends October 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time. Sponsor's systems are the official timekeeper. Activity before or after the entry period does not earn Challenge points.
2. Eligibility
The Challenge is open to legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia, excluding New York and Hawaii, who are at least 18 years old and the age of majority where they live at entry, and who may lawfully receive USDT. Sponsor's personnel and members of their immediate households are ineligible. Void in New York, Hawaii, and where prohibited. No purchase is necessary. A purchase or TestNet prediction does not improve the chance of winning.
3. How to enter and scoring
Join the PolyVerse waitlist, confirm your email, and share the unique referral link provided to you. One point is awarded for each unique eligible adult who uses that link to join and confirms their email during the entry period. There is no limit on legitimate referrals. If scores are tied, the participant who first reached the tied score ranks higher, based on Sponsor's records.
4. Integrity and disqualification
Self-referrals, duplicate or disposable email addresses, automated entries, purchased traffic, misleading promotion, fabricated identities, and other manipulation do not count. Referrals must be made without spam and in compliance with applicable law and platform rules. Sponsor may audit entries, remove invalid points, and disqualify anyone who interferes with the Challenge or its systems.
5. Prizes and winner verification
The highest-ranked eligible participant receives 100 USDT, the second receives 50 USDT, and the third receives 25 USDT, paid as USDT on the TRON network. The total maximum prize value is 175 USDT. On or after November 1, 2026, Sponsor will notify potential winners using the email address associated with their confirmed waitlist entry. A potential winner must respond within 72 hours of the first notification and complete any reasonable eligibility, identity, referral-integrity, sanctions, and compatible- wallet checks. If they do not, the next eligible participant in rank order may be selected. Verified prizes will be sent within ten business days after all required information is received. Sponsor will pay the TRON network fee for each prize transfer. Winners are responsible for wallet accuracy, network compatibility, taxes, and any personal reporting obligations.
6. Privacy and publicity
Sponsor processes entry and verification information under the PolyVerse Privacy Notice. Public leaderboard labels are pseudonymous. Except where prohibited, a winner may be asked for permission to use their name or approved handle to announce the result; declining optional publicity will not affect prize eligibility.
7. Administration
Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel the Challenge if fraud, technical failure, legal requirements, or events outside its reasonable control prevent fair or lawful operation. Sponsor will preserve valid entries and award prizes fairly where reasonably possible. Sponsor's good-faith decisions about eligibility, scoring, and integrity are final, subject to applicable law. 8. Platform independence
The challenge is operated by PolyVerse Market and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X, Bluesky, TikTok, Instagram, Threads, Reddit, Discord, Telegram, PostHog, Resend, or Tether.
