Terms of Use

Effective September 4, 2026

1. Agreement and scope

These Terms govern your use of the PolyVerse Market website, waitlist, account features, fictional AI simulations, and private TestNet experience (together, the “Service”). “PolyVerse,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the operator of PolyVerse Market.

By joining the waitlist, creating an account, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Launch-stage service

PolyVerse Market turns debated or imagined scenarios into fictional, AI-generated simulations. Eligible testers can make a prediction and then watch an official outcome unfold. The Service is experimental and may be incomplete, unavailable, changed, paused, or withdrawn at any time.

Joining the waitlist does not create an account, guarantee access, reserve a place in a particular access wave, or promise that any feature will launch. We may decide when, where, and to whom access is offered.

3. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these Terms.
  • You may use the Service only where doing so is lawful.
  • You must provide accurate information, keep it current, and use only your own account unless we expressly authorize otherwise.
  • You are responsible for protecting your sign-in links and credentials and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

Access is personal and may not be sold, transferred, or shared. We may use reasonable checks to protect age restrictions, account integrity, and the safety of the Service.

4. TestNet assets have no monetary value

The current Arena uses Circle test USDC on Base Sepolia. TestNet tokens and balances are simulated testing tools. They are not money, deposits, investments, prizes, securities, or stored value, and they cannot be bought from or redeemed through PolyVerse for anything of value.

  • Do not send mainnet tokens, real USDC, or any other real asset.
  • Test balances and transaction histories may be corrected or reset.
  • TestNet networks can fail, reorganize, or expose transactions publicly.
  • PolyVerse is not responsible for real assets sent to a TestNet address or unsupported network, and those assets may be impossible to recover.

5. Predictions, simulations, and official outcomes

A prediction records the outcome you expect. It is not a real-money bet, investment, financial product, or promise of a return. Your prediction does not itself change the official outcome.

Each scenario is governed by the conditions, choices, strategy information, deadlines, and resolution rules shown for that scenario. The official result is determined through the published simulation and resolution process. We always show the strategies and records that shaped the result.

If a technical fault, ambiguous rule, corrupted input, safety issue, or integrity concern prevents a fair result, we may delay, correct, cancel, or void the scenario. Where appropriate, reserved TestNet balances will be restored. Our operational records determine the TestNet settlement shown by the Service.

6. AI-generated and fictional content

Simulations may depict fictional versions of real people, organizations, places, or public situations. They are creative “what if” scenarios—not real footage, news reports, endorsements, evidence, or reliable forecasts. Any person or organization depicted did not participate in or endorse the simulation unless we clearly say otherwise.

AI systems can produce errors, unrealistic behavior, inconsistencies, and biased results. Do not rely on a simulation for financial, legal, medical, safety, political, or other important decisions. You may not present or reuse simulated content in a deceptive way or claim that it records a real event.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

  • break the law, violate another person’s rights, or facilitate harm;
  • harass, threaten, defame, impersonate, or deceptively portray anyone;
  • manipulate predictions, TestNet balances, results, access controls, or measurements, including through coordinated or multiple accounts;
  • probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass the Service or its security controls except where applicable law expressly permits it;
  • scrape, automate, copy, resell, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission; or
  • upload malware, infringing material, confidential information, or personal data you do not have the right to use.

8. Content and intellectual property

The Service—including its software, designs, names, marks, copy, audiovisual works, and generated presentation—is owned by or licensed to PolyVerse and is protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service as provided to you during the test.

These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. Feedback you voluntarily send may be used to improve the Service without restriction or compensation, provided we handle any personal information in accordance with the Privacy Notice.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party identity, database, cloud, AI, media, and blockchain infrastructure. Their services may be unavailable or subject to their own terms. Links to third-party sites do not mean we endorse or control them. We are not responsible for third-party products or services except to the extent required by law.

10. Suspension and ending access

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion through the privacy controls in your account. We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or system integrity, investigate misuse, comply with law, or operate the launch-stage service.

Provisions that reasonably need to survive—such as ownership, disclaimers, responsibility for misuse, and limits of liability—continue after access ends.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose, or that any simulation reflects what would happen in real life.

Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, gambling, legal, medical, or professional advice. You are responsible for how you use and interpret the Service.

12. Limits of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PolyVerse and the people who operate the Service will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, or for loss of data, access, opportunity, goodwill, or profits arising from the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We will post the revised version and its effective date here, and will provide additional notice when required by law or when a change materially affects existing users. Your use after the new terms take effect means you accept them, where permitted by law.
